The program encourages the development of professionals with advanced degrees, allows for the exchange of information and expertise between the four Army organizations and college and university campuses, and contributes materially to the effective execution of Army-sponsored programs of research. Our major activity is identifying and placing graduate students as Consortium Research Fellows and junior and senior undergraduate students as Consortium Research Assistants.
