Personal Statement - A one-page essay on your personal goals and why you want to participate in this program. Please indicate your career interests and goals so that the mentor can begin planning appropriate activities and projects for the summer. Keep in mind that proper grammar and spelling is an absolute must.
	Teacher Recommendations - One or two (maximum) from science and math teachers, explaining why the student is qualified for this program.
	School Transcript - Include standardized test scores if possible.
	Two application forms - All SEAP applicants must first complete the AEOP application form (click the "Apply Now" button) AND the George Washington University SEAP application form.

Students are selected based on grades, science and math courses taken, standardized test scores, area(s) of interest, teacher recommendations, and their personal statement.
